After the drying, repairs and cleanup by Dependable, our home looks virtually brand new, you would never know there was severe water damage. Walls were well painted and floors even, no wetness or smell remained. We are happy with the quality and would recommend.

It may have been a real pain to have the repair equipment running because I work from home. The crew's assistance in arranging things in a manner that created little interruption was rather surprising. Completely professional and thoughtful throughout.

When we moved some furniture around, we found that the carpet underneath was damp and smelled musty. The problem was caused by an old, slow leak behind the wall, which was quickly fixed by restoration experts. Every time they came, they told us about the moisture readings, so we always knew that things were getting better. A very reliable crew.

It’s easy to assume once something looks dry, it’s fine, but they didn’t take that approach. They kept monitoring things beyond what was visible. That extra time gave me confidence that nothing was left behind. The space feels stable now, not temporary.
